After Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus recently announced they would not be restocking the Ivanka Trump collection due to poor sales, it seems more retailers are following. According to BuzzFeed, retailers Belk, Jet, ShopStyle and Home Shopping Network also have dropped the Ivanka Trump brand.

“When our major retail partners remove products from their site, it is reflected on ShopStyle.com,” a ShopStyle spokesperson told BuzzFeed. “Similarly, corresponding to the decline in demand for Ivanka Trump products our retailers are seeing, we saw the same decrease in demand. We are therefore removing Trump products from our database to allow high-performing products greater visibility on our platform.”

Rosemary K. Young, the senior director of marketing at Ivanka Trump’s brand, does not seem to be worried about the recent retailers’ decisions.

“The Ivanka Trump brand continues to expand across categories and distribution with increased customer support, leading us to experience significant year-over-year revenue growth in 2016,” she told BuzzFeed. “We believe that the strength of a brand is measured not only by the profits it generates, but the integrity it maintains.”

While all participating retailers have claimed the decisions were not politically motivated, it does seem coincidental that this is happening all of a sudden.
