On Friday December 11, 2009 River’s End Trading Company, Hopkins Minn., signed a letter of intent to acquire the rights to Page & Tuttle and license the Forsyth brand for the promotional products and golf industry in the United States.
In addition, River’s End Trading Company will take over the sales and distribution for Munsingwear and Jockey to the promotional products industry. Distribution and decoration will continue to be serviced out of the PremiumWear facility in Clarksville, Tenn.
All existing River’s End Trading Company and all existing PremiumWear and Page & Tuttle Golf sales representatives will remain intact. “We view this as a tremendous opportunity for River’s End to add profitability in a difficult market,” stated Tim Klouda, president promotional products.
River’s End Trading Company has been in business for 27 years. The company offers retail brands like Ashworth Golf, Columbia Sportswear, Tommy Hilfiger and Lacoste. Also available is the River’s End Trading Company private label brand and other industry brands including DRI Duck, IZOD, Storm Creek, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees and Yupoong.
