The Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York (SAAGNY) elected three industry veterans to serve on its board of directors. All will serve four-year terms beginning January 1, 2013.
Rhonda Blum, CAS of Westbury, New York-based distributor Motivators Inc. was re-elected to a new four-year term. First appointed to fill an unexpired term, Blum has served on the board since June 2007 and currently serves on the board’s executive committee as officer at large. She is also the current chair of the SAAGNY Foundation’s board of trustees.
Megan Erber, mid-Atlantic regional sales manager for Gaffney, S.C. supplier Jetline, joins the SAAGNY board for a four-year term. She is a well-known industry veteran who brings vast industry experience and enthusiasm to her new position. She currently serves on the board of directors of the Chesapeake Promotional Products Association (CPPA) and will serve as their secretary in 2013.
Paul Steinberg is the Northeast regional vice president of sales for Sterling, Ill. distributor HALO Branded Solutions. Prior to joining HALO, Paul was director of business development at iPROMOTEu and served in several capacities at the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI). He has nearly 15 years of industry experience and has been a featured presenter at many trade shows and events.
