SnugZ USA, West Jordan, Utah, announced today that it has acquired Sweda Company LLC, combining two top 40 promotional products suppliers and enhancing their ability to serve distributor partners with the highest-quality products and service. The combination will drive an aggressive sustainable, diverse and differentiated best-in-class service and product selection.

Based on 2020 promotional product sales, the combination of SnugZ and Sweda would place the company in the top 10 largest suppliers and would provide customers with one of the largest and most diverse product offerings in the industry.
Mackay will remain CEO and Hagan will stay on as president of Sweda. Mackay noted that it will be business as usual as the suppliers navigate the future.
