Storm Creek, Eagan, Minn., announced that it has added two more employees to its growing sales and customer teams.
Nathan Shadick is an inside sales/account manager who will actively work to expand Storm Creek’s corporate branding market share, both through establishing new accounts and increasing sales to current customers. Shadick previously served as a sales development representative at Lifetouch National School Studios in Eden Prairie, Minn., where he identified qualified leads and coordinated sales appointments in territories across the U.S.
Before that, he was an inside sales representative for the Minnesota Wild hockey team. Shadick holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Sports Management from St. Cloud State University.
Nicole Hagerty, order management/data specialist, has been serving customers in a variety of roles for more than 20 years. Most recently, she was a customer service representative at Splash Products in Eagan, where she received the Employee of the Month award three years in a row.
Hagerty has worked closely with retail buyers and field sales reps to ensure their orders are entered, processed and executed successfully, along with providing excellent, compassionate customer service.
Hagerty also graduated from St. Cloud State University, majoring in psychology.
