Storm Creek, Hastings, Minn., announced today it has expanded its customer service department, hiring three key positions to help achieve the company’s mission to provide over-the-top service for the industry.
Noah Thompson serves as accountant specialist at Storm Creek, where he provides targeted customer experience support to territory account executives, interacts with customers to foster continued development and growth, handles inbound customer communication and acts as a liaison to the multi-line sales reps in his territory.
Prior to his position at Storm Creek, Thompson served as an account representative at Threadfellows in Madison, Wisc. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a degree in business administration, where he received the 2018 Top Ten Marketing Graduate Award.
Kim Remme serves as the decoration services specialist at Storm Creek, where she oversees and traffics all decoration orders from entry to shipment, ensuring on-time delivery of decorated orders.
Remme has extensive experience in customer experience management. Prior to her position at Storm Creek, she was a customer service manager and purchasing/production scheduler at Walvoil in Red Wing, Minn. She has a degree in business technology from Dakota County Technical College.
Mary Kettler takes on the role of retail account specialist, where she manages all retail account operations and futures orders for Storm Creek’s retail division, acting as the primary in-house contact for all specialty retail/resort customers and independent sales reps.
Kettler’s expertise includes a wide range of marketing, public relations and account roles. Prior to her position, she was the finance and administration manager for MBKS Family Offices. She graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications.
