StrombergBrand Umbrellas Director of Operations Celebrates 15 Years With Company

Helen Stromberg, general manager of Valley Cottage, New York-based StrombergBrand Umbrellas (an umbrella supplier and division of Arch Promo Group) has announced that Michael Pastore, director of operations, celebrated his 15th anniversary with the company.

Pastore started as accounting manager, when StrombergBrand was based in Peekskill, NY. He navigated the move to Valley Cottage in 2012, with a vital role in setting up the then-new facility. He has helped grow the business by providing exceptional service, and increasing production efficiencies and capacity, along with assisting in the company’s transition to Arch Promo Group’s ownership. Pastore is involved in all day-to-day operations for service and operations, maintaining a solid production schedule to be sure all StrombergBrand customers receive the highest possible quality orders on time.

In 2020, Pastore was named one of PPB’s “Service Superheroes,” in recognition of his amazing efforts on behalf of StrombergBrand distributors.

This was especially significant, as it came during one of the most challenging years in not only the industry’s history, but the world’s.

Pastore went far beyond anyone’s expectations, to ensure that once production resumed distributors came through for their clients.

“After 15 years with us, Michael knows this business inside and out and is always looking for ways to continually improve our customers’ experience, as well as that of our employees,” said Helen Stromberg. “His experience and work ethic will help us navigate our business model for future years and bring increased value to our distributors.”
