North Providence, Rhode Island-based H & M Industries LLC, parent company of supplier Superb Case, has acquired the assets of Exclusive Findings, Jadco and Sprague Industries from a holding company.
“We’re so excited about the acquisition because it compliments our goal of merging synergistic companies under the H & M Industries umbrella,” said Alan Horovitz, CAS, president of Superb Case. Horovitz explained that distributors can expect increased product offerings from the deal, and that products from the three companies are now available through Superb Case.
Jack Marques, president of H & M Industries LLC, said the deal was finalized in September. Exclusive Findings, Jadco and Sprague Industries are manufacturers of promotional products like name plates, coasters, photo frames and paperweights. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This acquisition is one of many made by H & M Industries LLC in the last several years, including W.A.P. Watson, Romac and Rawcliffe. Marques advised that management is actively seeking synergistic companies that fit into its business model of complementary product lines.
