In response to numerous inquiries the company received over the past week, Michael Gisser, executive vice president of Toronto-based Superex, has provided details about the company’s situation and its trademark ownership.
“Superex Holdings has acquired all rights to and is the sole owner of the Superex name and all Superex trademarks, sources, procedures, patents and other intellectual properties as well,” said Gisser. “Any recent purchases made by other suppliers were purchases of existing inventory only, and did not include trademarks, etc.”
Operations at Superex currently are awaiting completion of a new business plan, which is being developed.
“When complete, we are looking forward to renewing the many wonderful long-term relationships created over these many years,” Gisser said.
