The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced that Tea Collection, San Francisco, is recalling its Children’s Knit Denim Jackets due to a choking hazard. The jacket contains metal snaps, which can detach.

Tea Collection has received reports from six consumers that the snaps came off the jackets, but has not received any reports of injuries.

The jackets were sold at specialty stores in the U.S. and Canada from August 2016 through December 2016.

Consumers should immediately take the jackets away from children and contact Tea Collection for a full refund.
