The Legacy Group, West River, MD, announced the addition of its newest partner, Helm Promotions, a leading promotional marketing agency headquartered in Plymouth, MI.
Helm recently acquired Legacy partner company Target Marketing Group. Both distributors will continue to use their existing brands, and retain their existing locations, capabilities, and employees. The acquisition expands The Legacy Group’s combined revenue to approximately $350 million annually, and reinforces their position as one of the leading distributor alliances in the industry.
John Leahy, founder and CEO of Target Marketing Group and a founding partner of The Legacy Group, will remain with TMG as president.
