The Occasions Group announced the appointment of Doug Dittbenner as director of business development for Carlson Craft, North Mankato, Minn.
“I have a good background in sales and marketing for large companies, as well as experience with direct and indirect sales channels,” Dittbenner said. “I hope to bring the value of our products to the table when talking with distributors, and I’m excited to help them find and sell the right branded promotional print products for their customers.”
Dittbenner will be working with large distributor partners, helping them sell Carlson Craft’s print and promo products through company stores and client programs.
“I’m excited to learn about each distributor’s business, and offer additional marketing and branding solutions for their clients,” Dittbenner added. “When our distributor partners have large clients who want branded napkins, holiday cards and greeting cards, we’ll create the right program to increase their revenue.”
Dittbenner will be working with a great team of industry-experienced people, including Linda Hiniker, a Carlson Craft veteran, who works closely with the promotional product distributor market. Dittbenner will also be attending annual trade shows on behalf of Carlson Craft.
