The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced yesterday that it is recalling the Todd Snyder + Champion brand sweatshirts, manufactured by WS and Co. and distributed by Todd Snyder, after they did not meet federal flammability standards, posing a potential burn risk to customers.
The company sold about 2,100 of the items in the U.S. and 40 in Canada at Bloomingdale’s, Hush Life Boutique, SoulCycle and Todd Snyder stores, as well as online at www.soulcycle.com and www.toddsnyder.com, from August 2014 to October 2017.
The CPSC advised all customers to immediately stop using the sweatshirt and contact Todd Snyder return the item for a full refund plus $50 gift card. Consumers who purchased the item online will recontacted directly by Todd Snyder to follow through with the return process.
