TPG Growth, the middle market and growth equity platform of San Francisco-based investment firm TPG, has acquired HALO Branded Solutions, Sterling, Ill., from Audax Private Equity.

We look forward to leveraging their growth and business-building expertise as we continue to expand and enhance operations.”
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed, but, according to the press release, the transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2018, subject to closing conditions.
