TradeNet Publishing, the Gardner, Kansas-based supplier, has announced the acquisition of Ad Dimensions, of Independence, Mo. Terms of the purchase were not made public. The integration of the two companies is to be completed by Monday, April 23.
TradeNet Publishing will add products from Ad Dimensions to their offering, including Ad Cubes, Slinky Adhesive Notes and Stik-On Notes. Ad Dimensions’ manufacturing equipment will move to TradeNet Publishing’s Gardner facility this month, and questions and new orders for Ad Dimensions’ products should be directed to TradeNet Publishing. Inquiries on orders already placed should e directed toward the plant at which they were produced, available on the invoice. The phone and fax number for Ad Dimensions will forward to the TradeNet offices on April 16.
