Polyconcept North America, Pittsburgh, announced two key promotions within its successful Trimark Powered by Leed’s organization. Sharon Willochell has been promoted to president of Trimark Powered by Leed’s, and Michael Snyder has been promoted to vice president of merchandising and national accounts.
Willochell has been general manager of Trimark Powered by Leed’s since its launch in July of 2012. Since then, her leadership and vision have helped to build Polyconcept North America’s entry into the apparel market. Her years of experience with Leed’s have enabled her to work with the Trimark Sportswear Group’s executive team to build a compelling offering that combines Trimark’s apparel design and quality with Leed’s renowned service experience. Willochell will continue in her role as chief operating officer of Leed’s, in addition to her role as president of Trimark Powered by Leed’s.
Snyder, who joined the team in 2011 as director of sales and national accounts, has been the driving force in building a top-rate sales team to support Trimark Powered by Leed’s. Snyder’s more than 20 years of experience encompasses retail, global sourcing, design and merchandising, as well as sales and marketing management. His most recent positions were director of sales and marketing for Tri-Mountain and vice president of sales for Hartwell Apparel.
“This has been quite a journey to date, I am extremely proud of what we have built,” Snyder said. “It is certainly a rare experience to be involved in building something like this from the ground floor. It is the compelling Trimark products, the incredible decoration platform, and finally the proven service model and culture of Leed’s, which has allowed us to attract the best of the best for our field sales team. My new role is well tailored, and it positions us for expansion on many levels.”
“The growth we have seen so far with Trimark Powered by Leed’s has been extraordinary, and it could not have come without Sharon’s leadership and drive,” said Derrick Milne, CEO of Trimark Sportswear. “I am looking forward to even greater success with both Sharon and Michael in their new roles.”
