AIA Corporation (AIA), Appleton, Wis., announced that St. Louis-based Universal Creative Concepts (UCC) has joined its community of nearly 300 independent distributors. This is the third new distributor to join AIA in 2020.
With more than 31 years in the promotional products industry, UCC prides itself on providing personal service and going the extra mile to help clients deliver impactful programs.
“We reached a point in our business where we knew we needed to make a change to accelerate our growth,” said David Kaiser, president of UCC. “This meant either investing in new systems and staff or finding a partner who already had the tools, technology and resources to allow our sales team to thrive. We landed with AIA because they took the time to get to know us and our business needs and identify solutions that would help propel our growth and sustainability in this competitive industry.”
UCC will utilize AIA’s unlimited buying power, back-office support network, integrated order-entry platform, marketing services and sales support to free up administrative time that can be spent on selling, gaining the confidence to go after bigger markets, creating added value for their clients, and increasing margins.
“We are thrilled to welcome David, his wife Sharon and the entire UCC team to AIA,” said Kimberly Fulford, AIA’s senior vice president of Owner Success. “Distributors often tell us that there just aren’t enough hours in the day. Our goal is to come alongside as a partner, understand everything about their company and find solutions to meet their individual needs.”
AIA remains committed to helping owners run their businesses smarter and profitably, while still retaining their independence through the technical, sales planning, marketing and company store resources they provide.
