Wise, an Alpharetta, GA-based supplier of business forms, labels and digital printing solutions, announced that it has acquired Victor Printing’s continuous and unit-set business form assets.
Financial terms on the deal, which was effective Monday, Sept. 30, were not released.
“We are incredibly pleased to add Victor Printing’s continuous and unit set business forms offering and associated customers to the Wise family,” Wise president and CEO Bill Prettyman said in a statement. “We look forward to serving and taking care of Victor Printing’s continuous and unit set business forms customers.”
Victor Printing will continue its commercial printing operations and associated services, according to executives. Wise had most recently acquired Phoenix Data Inc. in May of this year, boosting its offerings of products like labels, web-to-print programs and short-run digitally printed labels.
Before that, Wise acquired Mini Data Forms, a supplier of checks and other business forms based in Charlotte, NC.
At the time of Wise’s acquisition of Phoenix Data Inc., Prettyman said that acquisitions were part of the company’s commitment to the print market and overall strategy.
“Wise is a multi-generational family business with the third generation now in the business – we aren’t going anywhere,” he said. “These recent acquisitions reflect that. Wise has been committed to the distributor reseller marketplace for 55 years, and we will continue to serve this market in the future.”
