The comments we hear most often from uniform distributors, buyers and end-users is that there is a real need for more variety and comfort in uniforms for women. As uniform apparel manufacturers for more than 85 years, this was not news to us. In fact, it has been one of Executive Apparel’s primary goals to expand our women’s collections, and continue to introduce more comfortable and stylish new pieces. This year was no exception, as witnessed by those who attended the ASI Show in Orlando earlier in the year.
The LISA Pant with Built-In Stretch
Our new LISA Pant is the first women’s uniform dress pant with enough stretch for real comfort! We have always considered style and fit, and offered variety in our women’s pant collection, but this year introduced a real game-changer. Knowing we wanted to develop the very best stretch dress pant, we interviewed a cross section of women, and got many perspectives on fit and comfort issues. We studied the best-selling pants in the retail market to understand what women loved about them. We listened to our customers and considered all of their suggestions. Then we went to work! The LISA Pant features a polyester blend fabric consisting of 96 percent polyester and 4 percent spandex for the perfect amount of stretch. This fabric is flattering and forgiving for every type of figure. End-users will be thrilled with the additional mobility on busy work days! Style features include a modern wide waistband with a two-button closure and belt loops, something we don’t often find on ladies’ dress pants. It also includes front quarter pockets and a modern, tailored variation on the straight leg style.
New from The Better Blouse Collection
We also introduced two new blouse styles with real working women in mind—a brand new classic design and a variation of one of our most popular styles in three new colors.
Our new Sweetheart Neckline Blouse features a three-quarter length sleeve and a tapered silhouette, wider at the hemline for a classic fit. This simple blouse is stunning tucked in or worn over a skirt or pants. The comfortable, machine washable fabric is our signature silky blend of 95 percent polyester and 5 percent spandex.
Offered in black or white, and perfect with or without a blazer, this top is sure to enhance any uniform program.
A long-time favorite from the Better Blouse Collection, the Sleeveless Antoinette Blouse, got a beautiful sister style this season. The new Antoinette Blouse with Short Sleeves is available in the original black, white and silver gray, as well as three new colors—French rose, red and burgundy. The feminine crossover pleated neckline combined with a loose short sleeve increases the versatility of this gorgeous blouse. Paired with a blazer or worn solo, either version of the Antoinette blouse is a beautiful choice for a professional uniform.
Colorful Poplin Shirts
Our new collection of poplin placket shirts makes one-stop shopping easy, whether you are designing a career, hospitality or casual uniform. You can also embroider them for a smart shirt promo. The comfortable, machine washable, wrinkle-resistant fabric is 65 percent polyester and 35 percent cotton. Our new shirts come in six colors for women—French blue, pink, burgundy, red, silver-gray and black. We also offer four colors for men—French blue, pink, black and gray.
