Question: It seems as though QBO is different every time I log in. Why does it keep changing?
Answer: You are right! QBO does change often. QBO is not like QB Premier where there is a new version each year, and we have only to learn the new features once a year. QBO is a living software and a work in progress that is frequently and randomly updated with new features.
· When new features become available, they are rolled out in stages, not to all users at one time.
· Sometimes a new feature is temporary, as if it were a failed beta test and then removed.
The good news is that QBO is continually tested and it is improving. The bad is that the learning curve is, and will be, long and shallow.
