I’m more of a wear orange on St. Patrick’s Day kind of girl, but in honor of the heritage I share with Christian Bale and Bono, I’ve compiled a list of festive, green and Irish-approved items for the holiday.
Necklaces:
When I was in kindergarten, my teacher handed out shamrock stickers. My friends and I stuck them in our coloring books, on our clothing and on each other. Necklaces are a similar, though less adhesive, option. At a bar, restaurant or school, medallions like the Imprinted Green Beads With Shamrock Medallion from WOWline will be fun for end-buyers to hand out and end-users to wear.
T-Shirts:
Part of the fun of St. Patrick’s day is sporting all of the green you own. T-shirts like Delta Apparel’s Adult Short Sleeve 5.5oz Teeare great for celebration and promotion. Wear it in forest or grass green to show your Celtic spirit.
Barware:
Though St. Patrick’s day started out as a religious holiday, most celebrations now take place in a bar or restaurant. Capitalize on this trend with imprinted barware like Numo Manufacturing’s Sports Mug and Custom Plastic Specialties/CPS’s 2 oz. Shot Glasses.
Sunglasses:
A few years ago, I received a pair of rubber sunglasses as a party favor. They have lasted me longer than some designer glasses because they are durable, comfortable and easily fixed. For your purposes, pairs like the Rubberized Sunglasses from Hit Promotional Products are also easily imprinted! Get them in green for St. Patrick’s Day or one of the other seven colors for other events.
Toys:
Despite nightlife’s embrace of St. Patty’s day, it is not just for the bar crowd. Children and adults will love the 8″ Leprechaun Kirby from Artistic Toy Manufacturing. Young end-users can curl up next to this imprinted Irish bear year-round.
