Top Blogs of 2014

I have thoroughly enjoyed receiving emails and seeing comments on my different blogs in 2014. I’ve made new friends and a few enemies too. Hopefully, I have delivered some useful insights to you in 2014 as I try to bring technical ideas to a marketing audience.

Sometimes that means donning a white tank top, jean shorts and some PBR to reinforce the growing importance of mobile.

Other times, it is more serious, like reminding you the importance of using Evernote at the PPAI Expo (it’s not too late to use for 2015).

I throw in some real life technology issues from time to time, like reminding you Windows XP support ends (by the way, if you have Windows Server 2003, that too is going end of life in 2015 and you better be moving on).

I took a moment to remind suppliers the importance of good videos (and had a ton of comments including a very upset supplier who did not want to identify him/herself). Probably my most commented-on blog (frankly, I expected the mobile blog to be bigger). Hopefully in 2015 we see some great supplier videos.

Thank you for reading—I consider it to be a compliment every time you like, comment on, or mention my blog to me. We all have so much we can be reading that I genuinely appreciate you reading what I have to say. I will continue to write some zany articles in 2015 as well as hopefully some useful articles. And you are always welcome to suggest new ideas or ask me for insights.

Thanks for reading, have a blessed holiday and a fantastic 2015.

PS I’m looking for suggestions for the 2015 #Online18 and I welcome your input.
