Quenten Wentworth, vice president and general manager for Norwood & BIC Graphic North America, commented further on the news of the relocation of its Wisconsin production facility. “We would like to reiterate that we are committed to the awards and recognition category and the Jaffa brand. We are simply relocating the operation to our existing Red Wing facility. This action will not impact our distributors’ business and we will keep them informed as we make the transition.”
Wentworth concluded, “We would also like to say that this was a very difficult decision. The Janesville team has provided many years of service to the company and we value their knowledge and expertise. We will offer them first consideration for any open positions across the Norwood & BIC Graphic organization. We will provide severance for those employees that are going to be laid off when the plant closes.”
