Cap America Announces Vice President of Production

Cap America, Fredricktown, Mo., announced Tom Gillespie has been named vice president of production. Gillespie has been promoted from the director of production, the position he has held since he began in January 2006.

Gillespie is responsible for all aspects of embroidery production, domestic cloth and knit manufacturing, scheduling and expediting all customer orders, as well as being responsible for inventory and Cap America’s physical plant. He manages production schedules and has maintained Cap America’s ability to offer five-day delivery after sample approval. Throughout his time at Cap America, he has developed a team that is continuously recognized for excellence, maximum efficiency and working well across all departments.
