Midnite Snax, Bethpage, N.Y., announced the opening of its newest facility. This 35,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art manufacturing plant gives Midnite Snax a combined 120,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing, warehousing and office space. Just like the main facility, the new addition is a Safe Quality Food facility, and is internationally recognized as exceeding global food and safety requirements.
“This is a very exciting time for us at Midnite Snax,” said David Katz, executive vice president and partner at Midnite Snax. “The new facility gives us tremendous opportunities to increase fulfillment and manufacturing, as well as to efficiently launch Casabella Chocolates, our new gourmet chocolate line.”
Katz also went on to say that the new facility even includes a “pharmaceutical clean room,” which complies with the highest standards of food safety.
Midnite Snax has grown from a small “mom and pop” offering to employing over 200 people, while still being family owned and operated for 27 years.
