Hub Pen Company Hires Customer Service Rep Dawn Banta

HUB Promotional Group’s Hub Pen Company, Braintree, Mass., announced the addition of Dawn Banta to its customer service team. Banta comes to Hub with many years of experience managing the accounts for several successful local businesses, often while also working with the public in hospitality.

“I love people, and I’m willing to help them with whatever they need,” Banta said. “I’ve always had good relationships with the people I work with, like family. Here at Hub we’re all one team, everyone’s so friendly and helpful.”

Banta spends a lot of her free time with her three adult sons, most recently sailing on the Charles River, and taking her mother down to “The Cape.” She also enjoys playing golf, and organizes a memorial tournament in honor of her brother each year.

“Dawn really is a people person,” said Chris Ford, customer service manager for Hub Pen Company. “She has a kind heart and a passion for helping customers. We are very glad to have her as part of the Hub Pen family.”
