This has been in development for more than a year, fostering excitement for the debut. Key enhancements have been added to the user experience—increased speed of the site, improved images and ease of downloads, filtered navigation, feature selection and notification emails. Resource tools such as videos, interactive color card, and educational info on Royal’s sustainable and made in USA mission allow for smart suggestions on cross-selling. There’s also the addition of a new custom and relabel section.
The upgraded “My Account” section provides access to users’ order status, tracking, history and improved ways to customize to the particular client’s needs.
On the back end, the processes have been streamlined for order processing, inventory management, accounting and manufacturing.
