Stouse LLC, New Century, Kan., announced today that it has acquired Magna-Plus Inc., a provider of custom labels, magnets and other promotional products. The acquisition was effective on Oct. 25.
Kansas City, Kansas-based Magna-Plus Inc. was founded in 1993 by Marianne D’Amato and Tom Eaton. It now has a nationwide distributor customer base.
“We are pleased to welcome Magna-Plus into the Stouse family,” Clay Davis, president and CEO of Stouse LLC, said in a press release. “Tom and Marianne have built a strong legacy of product and customer service excellence, and the addition of their team and product solutions will enhance our business and help us continue our strategic growth.”

Stouse also announced that it has invested in three new digital presses this year, and made big changes to its digital marketing platform. The company also plans to launch a customized line of paperboard folding cartons later this year.

Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed, and there’s no word on whether any of Magna-Plus Inc.’s employees would move or change positions.
