Vantage Apparel Launches Pop-Up Webstore Solution for the Holidays

Vantage Apparel, Avenel, N.J., has launched a new holiday pop-up webstore solution to distributors that guarantees apparel shipped and delivered before the holidays. Aptly named “the Candy Cane Store,” the e-commerce-enabled site can be live for up to three weeks, and features the top gift-giving apparel ideas for the holiday season.

Distributors can purchase the Candy Cane Store for $99, and Vantage’s webstore team will brand the site for the customer. The one-time fee will not only include store set-up and branding, but also one logo set-up and a site with up to 24 pre-merchandised popular styles. The Candy Cane Store is e-commerce-enabled, which means that customers can use credit cards to make their purchase, and can order as few as one piece.

“Just in time for holiday gift giving, the Candy Cane Store offers buyers the freedom to choose the style, size and color that’s perfect for them,” said Danielle Olszewski, Vantage’s webstore and digital revenue manager. “Each product shows a finished, logoed visual, so that the customer knows exactly what they’re getting and will enjoy the ease of purchasing—similar to what consumers would find from their favorite online retailers.”

Webstore, fulfillment and drop-ship programs have grown in popularity during the pandemic as bulk order shipping has been overtaken by single-piece drop ships to an individual’s home. Distributors continue to seek ways to leverage sales through e-commerce solutions, like Vantage webstores, which have shown a growth in distributor sales of 135 percent over last year.
