Castelli North America, Reno, Nev., has hired Susan Seymour as executive vice president of operations where she is responsible for all North American operational deliveries from the Sparks, Nev. facility. She returns to Castelli North America after spending five years at Microsoft as finance manager for worldwide credit services, where she oversaw budgets, financial reporting, and controls and compliance.
During her previous tenure at Castelli North America, Seymour spent 10 years as vice president of finance. She is a graduate of Morrison University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in Business Administration.
“Susan’s return to Castelli is a tremendous advantage for us,” said Missy Kilpatrick, CAS, Castelli North America executive vice president. “Because she understands our system and how to utilize its full potential, she will bring further stability to the company’s structure, policies and procedures. And the technical knowledge she gained at Microsoft will help us streamline our operations even more.”
