Q-Tees Shifts to Solar-Powered Facilities, Releases Sustainable Tote Bag

Q-Tees, Stone Mountain, GA, is implementing new eco-friendly practices as they pledge to become more sustainable in the years to come.

The brand is known for its reasonably priced, high-quality products, but as Q-Tees approaches its 35th year in business, the focus has shifted to a brighter future for both its customers and the planet.

Beginning in August of this year, all Q-Tees facilities now run on 100% solar-powered energy. Plus, as an outward projection of these efforts, the brand has introduced a new sustainable tote.

The S800 Sustainable Recycled Bag is not only reusable, but also made of 100% recycled textile waste. The heavy canvas tote has matching self-handles and reinforced stress points. It’s currently available in dark gray, navy blue and steel gray, but the company expects to expand the selection of colors soon.

“We’ve always valued reusable tote bags as a more Earth-friendly alternative to one-time use bags, but this is our chance to move further toward a sustainable future,” said Q-Tees marketing director Shawn Tell. “We know there is still so much that can be done, and we’re excited to start this next chapter.”
