Hiren Patel is a 16-year military veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. As a software engineer, he has developed and supported applications such as customer relationship management, order entry systems and eCommerce platforms. Throughout his career, Patel has held director- and senior-level positions in the eCommerce and warehousing industries.
As the director of eCommerce, Patel plays an intricate role in helping owners win, build and maintain successful eCommerce stores for their clients using Proforma’s propriety ProStores platform.
