Buffalo Bay to Close Its Custom Neckwear Division

Buffalo Bay, Greensboro, NC, announced the closing of its neckwear division on May 1, 2024. The company will continue to fill current orders, and accept new and repeat orders through the end of February.

“This is an incredibly difficult decision,” said Bruce Crockett, president and founder of Buffalo Bay. “We value our customers immensely, and can’t thank them enough for their support and friendship through the years. The relationships we have forged and the collaboration of ideas and project involvement have been rewarding in so many ways.”

With their customers in mind, Buffalo Bay has formed an alliance with a “friendly competitor,,” who has agreed to continue filling custom neckwear orders. Beginning March 1, 2024, new order inquiries and reorder customers should contact Bruce Crockett at [email protected] for referral and distributor continuity.

Buffalo Bay has been a supplier of custom ties, scarves, and bowties since 1987, and a major player in the promotional products arena since 1994. The company has earned many industry awards including nine PPAI Supplier Achievement Awards and six PPAI Pyramid Awards. In addition, they’ve received numerous nominations for Supplier of the Year, and Supplier Semifinalist of the year in its supplier category.

“The industry had been wonderful to us, and we want to sincerely thank our distributor partners for the years of friendship, support and unwavering loyalty,” Crockett added. “It has been a blessing in so many ways. I also want to thank our many employees and their families over the years for allowing us to achieve the level of excellence each and every day.”

Buffalo Bay will continue as a corporate entity in other industries outside promotional products.
