Boundless Acquires Touchstone, Appoints New Touchstone CEO

Boundless LogoBoundless Network, Austin, TX, announced last week that it has acquired Mason, Ohio-based distributor Touchstone II LLC (“Touchstone”).

Charley Dean, chairman of Boundless, said that the acquisition bolsters Boundless’ abilities in warehousing and fulfillment, creative services, and enterprise technology, due to Touchstone’s BrandEQ System for brand-building and merchandise curation. The program is primarily used for commonly implemented programs like web stores and fulfillment operations for distributors.

“Boundless’ clients and sales partners will benefit from Touchstone’s expertise in these areas, as Boundless strives to be the industry’s leading distributor partner,” Dean said in a press release.

Boundless also announced that Aaron Hamer will take over as Touchstone CEO following the acquisition.

“I’m really excited about our opportunity to deliver on our vision of being ‘the best home for the best salespeople in the industry,'” Hamer said in a release. “We are making significant investments in technology, team, and capabilities that will make that vision a reality. Boundless is such an incredible business with an infectious culture — it is exactly the kind of business anyone would be lucky enough to lead, as there are exceptional people working together to do incredible things.”

Hamer’s background includes growing a produce business before working with Boundless on growth initiatives.

“My passion is working with companies to grow and scale,” he said. “Transformative initiatives are necessary, but hard. Our industry is at an inflection point, and we have every intention to take advantage of the exciting opportunities afforded by the inevitable change being driven by PromoStandards, AI, e-commerce proliferation, etc.”
