Make Good Habits Good Fun

We all know that good motivation gets us going, but it’s good habits that keep us going.

Over the last two years I have become very focused on my health and fitness.

My motivation was when I saw a picture of myself that shocked me. I was very overweight, and that picture was good motivation for me to start losing weight and building a fit body.

I have done well. I am down 75 pounds and proud of the way I look when I see a picture of myself.

With 10 pounds to go, I am determined to get there. However, as much as I enjoy lifting weights at the gym, I have not always liked cardio. However, it’s cardio that is going to help me lose those last 10 pounds.

I found a free fitness app that tracks my daily number of steps. I have become addicted to making sure I complete my daily cardio goals. It’s easy, fun, and very rewarding.
