Key Takeaways:

• Missouri-based print-on-demand manufacturer Pic The Gift has acquired Lone Jack, MO-based sublimation printer Just Vision It (JVI); JVI will operate as Just Vision It, a Pic The Gift company.

Two Missouri-based print and promo suppliers are joining forces.

Pic The Gift (PTG), a St. Louis-headquartered print-on-demand manufacturing and fulfillment company specializing in personalized products, announced the acquisition of Lone Jack, MO-based sublimation printer Just Vision It (JVI), LLC. JVI will operate under the name Just Vision It, a Pic The Gift company. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

PTG was founded in 2012 and offers 400 customizable products through its print-on-demand and fulfillment programs. JVI, a G7 Master Certified manufacturer, operates exclusively in the B2B wholesale market and specializes in large-format soft signage, photo backdrops, trade show displays, apparel and more.

“This acquisition is a major milestone for Pic The Gift and a tremendous win for our partners, our team and our future,” said Wes Pickering, CEO and co-founder of PTG. “JVI brings 13 years of manufacturing excellence, a talented and dedicated team, and a culture that aligns beautifully with our own. We are excited to welcome them into the Pic The Gift family.”

The acquisition will expand PTG’s manufacturing footprint to three production facilities and expand its sublimation capabilities. It will also improve PTG’s print width, supporting the production of large-format signage and displays entirely in-house, PTG says. JVI’s dye-sublimation capabilities will also help ensure consistency across devices, substrates and production runs for the now-combined company.

“Adding JVI’s facility and equipment gives us a meaningful increase in manufacturing capacity, along with excellent operational redundancy,” said Keith Abert, COO and co-owner of PTG. “The product offerings from both companies complement each other well, and we see tremendous cross-selling opportunities that will allow us to deliver more comprehensive solutions to our customers.”

JVI will continue operating out of its current 50,000-square-foot facility in Lone Jack, but the deal will allow the company to deliver at a scale it couldn’t achieve alone, says COO John Whitt. JVI’s existing customer relationships will continue without disruption, according to the company.

“I am confident this is the right next chapter for our customers, our team and everything we’ve built,” Whitt said.
