ETS Express Inc., Oxnard, Calif., has named a number of new appointments, including two regional sales managers and a stragetic account manager.
Cristina Ysselstein, formerly with Logomark, will be the new regional sales manager covering Northern California and Jeff Hinds, formerly with Rainkist Umbrella, will be in charge regional sales in the Northeast. ETS Express has brought in Derek Hansen from OGIO International as strategic accounts manager to help update internal systems and build relationships with existing accounts for the company.
Cristina Ysselstein joins ETS Express Inc. after spending 12 years with Logomark, becoming their director of national accounts. Her first nine years with the company were spent managing the same Northern California territory she will be handling for ETS Express. After 19 years in the promotional product industry (starting in 1995 with Peerless Umbrella), she has earned a reputation as a savvy, resourceful marketing professional. ETS Express director of sales, Brandon Bell said, “She brings a great wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. Her energy, drive, and dedication to helping her customer is relentless. We are thrilled to have her with us.”
Jeff Hinds spent eight years with New Jersey-based Rainkist Umbrella before moving to ETS Express. There he managed the relationships and accounts in many Eastern States for Rainkist. Named to ASI’s industry Hot List in 2012, he brings energy and a strong connection with the Northeast region. “He is a great fit within our company, and shares our passion for our product and this industry,” Bell sad. “He will be an asset for ETS and for our customers in providing a new level of dedicated service in the Northeast region.”
In order to help update sales systems and strengthen existing account relationships, Derek Hansen has been brought in after six years at OGIO International. Leaving OGIO as manager of global customer fulfillment logistics, he brings experience in the industry, customer service management, and new business practices. Bell adds, “While I was at OGIO, I worked with Derek for several years where I witnessed his success in the many responsibilities and challenges given to him. Adding him to the ETS team, we knew he would make an immediate impact on our processes here.”
Inside Sales is a new effort for ETS Express as well. These new additions along with the new inside sales team will enhance the level of service for their customers. These additions and changes will help provide greater visibility of the product and services offered by ETS Express.
