As part of the company’s comprehensive plan to reorganize its operations globally, Dorcy International Inc., Columbus, Ohio, parent company of Dorcy Special Markets Division announced that it will exit all aspects of its promotional products divisions in both the U.S. and Canada, and realign business support to key company priorities.
As part of the plan, Dorcy International Inc. will:
- Concentrate Dorcy Special Markets business strategies, and support for the core professional and consumer products business elements of the company.
- Focus and lead the personal, portable lighting product development and technological advancements for retail distribution.
- Develop other consumer product market opportunities.
Dorcy International Inc. has entered into an agreement with Aprinta Promo, a division of Aprinta Group LLC, to market the complete line of quality Dorcy portable lighting products to the promotional products industry through its Adva-Lite brand.
