Editor’s Picks: Powering Through

Next week, most of the PM staff will travel to Nashville for Power Meeting. That means we get to switch our normal workaday garb for button-ups, polos and blazers. Coming from a casual (but not dog-friendly) office, events like Power Meeting and industry trade shows give us the opportunity to get gussied up. To get in Power Meeting mode, I pulled my three favorite office looks from Promo Marketing’s August issue.

Turn to page 76 in Promo Marketing’s August issue for more corporate looks.

Nothing but Business
End-users will look like they mean business in the Men’s Single Breasted UltraLux Blazer from Executive Apparel. The 100 percent polyester blazer has three inside pockets, brass buttons, and is machine-washable. The jacket is available in 11 different colors. (800) 227-3932

No Fear Here
Sometimes the workday looks a bit intimidating, but the Dauntless polo shirt from Tri-Mountain reminds us to face the day with courage. The 100 percent twill polo has UltraCool moisture-wicking technology to keep the nervous sweats from showing. The shirt is available in black, gray, navy, royal, red or white, all with contrasting piping. (800) 824-6464

Dress Like a Royal
To say we are obsessed with the royal family may be an exaggeration, but we do keep track of their fashion choices. For example, we know that Prince William favors long-sleeve polos like Vantage Apparel’s Long Sleeve Enterprise Piqué Polo. The 100 percent combed cotton polo comes in white, black, ocean or navy. Available sizes run from XS to 5XL. (800) 221-0020
