The James Trading Group and Consumer Product Safety Commission recalled a children’s fleece hoodie embroidered with the Gaelic Athletic Association’s logo Dec. 22.
The James Trading Group, Orangeburg, N.Y., recalled about 1,113 Kids’ Gaelic Athletic Association Fleece Panel Hoodies. The full-zip hoodie features three-tone panels of green, white and blue; embroidery of “GAA”—the acronym for Ireland’s largest sporting organization that oversees the country’s hurling, Gaelic football and other sports leagues—on the left and right chest and on the hood; and “Ireland” printed across the back. It is constructed of 75/25 cotton/polyester and was sold in kids’ sizes 2YR to 12YR at Irish boutiques, specialty retail stores and online at www.thejtg.com between January 2013 and December 2014 for $50. The hoodie’s model number is GA2002.
