Proforma, Cleveland, has announced that its owners have closed two acquisitions, estimated to be worth $1 million each, in the first week of November. Mike and Melinda Durkee, owners of Proforma Durkee, Huntsville, N.C., acquired Hickory, North Carolina-based Print Focus; and Dennis Funk and Rich Bewley, owners of Proforma Signature Solutions, Brooklyn Heights, Ohio, have acquired Arlington, Texas-based The Parts Connection.
“Through this acquisition, we anticipate nearly doubling our sales over the next year and greatly expanding our customer base for continued growth for years to come,” said Mike Durkee. “Proforma’s mergers and acquisitions team gave us expert guidance on how to make this a smooth transition. They made it extremely easy for us to close this deal and put more than $1 million in sales in our pipeline for 2016.”
The Proforma mergers and acquisition team has closed 38 deals on behalf of Proforma owners since 2014 and continues to grow its pipeline of qualified sellers.
