Boxercraft Incorporated Announces Chief Executive Officer Resignation

Boxercraft Incorporated, the Atlanta-based apparel supplier, announced today the resignation of Charles A. Sutlief, chief executive officer, effective immediately. Sutlief replaced Boxercraft’s founder, Jon Carroll, as CEO in July, 2011.

Gary Holcomb, former CEO of Coining, is temporarily joining Boxercraft’s executive team to provide overall management direction for Boxercraft during the search for the company’s new CEO.

The day-to-day operation will be managed by an operating committee consisting of Holcomb and Boxercraft executives Chris Giles, chief financial officer; Shelley Foland, vice president of sales and marketing; Marion Parkes, chief operations officer; and Don Blessent, director of operations.

“Boxercraft has a strong team in place to lead the organization during this transition,” said Patten Pettway, Jr., Partner at River Associates Investments, LLC. “Boxercraft will continue to provide customers with industry-leading service, trend-setting apparel and creative decorations.”
