Sometimes sports fans get more excited when the T-shirt cannon comes out than they do about the actual game (especially if the team isn’t doing so well).
It appears that rock stars are no different. In 2013, Sir Paul McCartney tried to catch a T-shirt at a Brooklyn Nets game, but came up short after a fan nabbed it in front of him. (Probably more of a Rolling Stones fan.)
This weekend, McCartney finally caught his sought-after Nets tee. The Nets tweeted a sequence of photos, showing McCartney celebrating with a T-shirt in his hands.
When you love the #Nets t-shirt toss, but you're also @PaulMcCartney 🙌🏽 pic.twitter.com/SthCYRyAxC
