Crystal D, the award supplier based in St. Paul, Minn., has hired six new employees and promoted two.
David Saatzer has been promoted to director of sales. He has been an employee with Crystal D as an awards advisor/territory manager for three years and is the reigning passion value champion. In this new role, he will provide strategic direction and coaching to the entire sales team. In addition, Saatzer will execute the sales plan to ensure future business growth.
Joey Stupak has been a production artist for six years and has been promoted to art manager. He has a deep knowledge of the production process and quality standards; he brings a creative spark to award artwork design. Stupak will be supervising the production artists and quality control process.
Kathryn “Kit” Gontarek has been hired as customer service manager. She has 12 years experience managing service teams in non-profit and for-profit sectors. She will be responsible for coaching the customer service team.
Will Hutchinson was hired as supply chain manager. He brings an extensive background in purchasing, logistics, inventory control, and other aspects of supply chain to Crystal D. He is currently responsible for all supply chain-related activities including warehouse and inventory management.
Pam Martin was hired as a multi-line representative for the southwest territory of the United States. She has over 15 years experience in the industry and has five years experience in awards and recognition. She will be covering Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Idaho, Nevada and Montana.
