St. Paul, Minnesota-based Crystal D, a supplier of crystal awards and corporate gifts, announced an employee earned the Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) designation at the 11th annual Recognition Professionals International (RPI) Conference in Newport Beach, Calif.
Bridget Dahlgren, marketing coordinator for Crystal D, graduated from the CRP program that required her to complete four in-depth courses over the past two years and then pass a final examination on the coursework. The CRP designation certifies Dahlgren thoroughly understands the Recognition Best Practice Standards and can successfully structure recognition programs utilizing the formal RPI Recognition Strategy Model.
“This designation allows me to better understand the recognition needs of corporate recognition planners,” said Dahlgren. “It also allows Crystal D to continue to implement and manage our current internal recognition programs and make adjustments to fit the needs of our culture,” she concluded.
Dahlgren is the second member of Crystal D to become a Certified Recognition Professional. President Chuck Dahlgren earned his CRP and was in the first-ever graduating class at the 10th annual RPI Conference.
