Wendy Simons has been promoted to vice president of sales for Celina, Ohio-based Visions Awardcraft, the parent company of VisionsXtra. Simons joined Visions Awardcraft last October as executive accounts manager after a successful 17 year career with IMC. While her main focus is VisionsXtra, she will continue to work with Mike McMillan, vice president of sales, whose main focus is the Visions Awardcraft corporate recognition and gift lines.
Simons’ past experience with IMC made her an ideal candidate to lead the sales team of VisionsXtra. Visions Awardcraft’s new line expands the company’s offering from primarily recognition into the promotional products arena. Simons is responsible for the company’s specialty–global sourcing–as well as stock product and its unique fulfillment services.
VisionsXtra shares the corporate headquarters with Visions Awardcraft. Simons is a long-time California resident where she will remain headquartered while maintaining a busy travel schedule.
