S&S Activewear Promotes National Customer Service Manager

sns_blackS&S Activewear, Bolingbrook, Ill., has promoted Regina Tuitasi to its corporate team as national customer service manager.

Tuitasi has been with S&S since 2010, serving as the manager of its California customer service team, and she has been in the industry since 1996 at the Americana Company prior to the S&S acquisition.

Over her long tenure, Tuitasi has served in various functions both customer facing and operationally, most recently as the interim national customer service manager for S&S Activewear.

“Regina has been a pivotal part of our customer service team, and did a tremendous job while we conducted our search process, and she will be assuming the national manager role permanently,” said Jim Shannon, president of S&S Activewear. “Her knowledge of our customers and the service level required to make us superior to our competition is second to none. She brings a customer-focused approach to management our customers love.”
