AIA Corporation (AIA), Neenah, Wisc., announced today the appointment of Antony “Tony” West as the company’s new vice president of operations.
In this new role for AIA, West will lead all aspects of customer experience for AIA owners and OfficeZilla dealers (a subsidiary of AIA Corporation). He will also be responsible for creating efficient processes to streamline and simplify how business owners access and use AIA’s technology and tools, enabling owners and dealers to accomplish more in less time, and giving them the freedom to do what they do best: grow their businesses.
West brings nearly 20 years of experience working in operational excellence, processing analysis and improvement. He spent the past eight years with ThedaCare, where he developed and implemented organizational excellence principles, systems and tools for a major health care system in Wisconsin.
