AIA Corporation, Neenah, Wis., recently announced sales and marketing professional Jill Wieser as the newest member of the company’s field sales team. Wieser will have the responsibility of working with and helping grow AIA’s top producers—its Platinum Owner segment.
Wieser comes to AIA with several years of industry experience, most recently as a successful regional sales manager with Gemline for 11 years in the New York market. Prior to this, Wieser worked in sales and marketing in the fashion design industry. She has significant expertise in creative design, custom importing and developing robust marketing campaigns. She is also seasoned at working with top distributors in the promotional industry, as well as calling on some of the top Fortune 500 companies in the U.S.
In her new role, Wieser is committed to a coaching model that emphasizes understanding the particular business model of each distributor she works with, and helping them realize their business’ true potential. She is also well-versed on many cutting-edge industry trends and concepts to help top distributors differentiate their sales approach.
