The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced that Alex Brands, Fairfield, N.J., is recalling three of its toys—the Alex Jr. Baby Builder, First Pops and First Snaps—due to choking hazards. The toy sets include an assortment of brightly colored plastic shapes and come in stackable jars.

There have been 22 reports of the ends of the plastic pieces detaching from the building sets, but the CPSC has not received any reports of injuries. The items were available at Barnes & Noble and Land of Nod stores in the U.S. and Canada, and online at Zulily.

Consumers should take the recalled items away from children immediately and contact Alex Brands to receive a prepaid shipping envelope to return them. Alex Brands will send customers a full refund with a receipt.
